Nature Condensed: The Corona Installation

How can installation art capture the vastness of nature within the silhouette of a beer bottle? The inspiration for this piece stems from a hike through an ancient gorge forest—a place where fallen giants lay draped in moss and new life climbed toward the canopy through humid air. I wanted to capture that teeming vitality, specifically the image of a lone fir tree reaching for the sky, and condense it into the form of a bottle to mirror Corona’s deep symbiosis with the natural world.

The Composition:

• Concept: To echo the origins of brewing, I layered the 'bark' of the bottle with organic materials like wheat ears, oats, and reeds.

• Symbolism: The piece represents life teeming from every crevice, transforming a glass vessel into a living metaphor for growth and preservation.

• Materials: Reclaimed Corona glass bottles, tree bark, branches, wheat ears, oats, reeds, moss, and tree powder.

• Height: 1.5 Meters
