Flamboyant and Passionate, Floral Yet Not | Chinese-style Art Installation

A set of high-saturation wall-mounted installations, blooming with prosperity.

They resemble hibiscus flowers, yet do not mimic their complete form—floral, yet not entirely floral.

Red is a color palette I usually shy away from; the creative process is highly prone to aesthetic fatigue, costing me three times the energy compared to working with low-saturation colors.

This installation was completed last year and bears my signature style from that time. Returning to the site today to take photos, even after more than half a year, it remains completely undeformed. The colors are perfectly preserved—still striking and vibrant. Every single piece of paper, kneaded over a hundred times by my own hands, looks exactly as it did on the day it was first installed.
